Members are opened up to a plethora of new experiences that help to prepare them for the future both inside and outside of the workforce. Competitive events require extensive preparation and practice in order to achieve success, this helps students develop responsibility and a strong work ethic. Attending the State and National Conferences also provides students with valuable experience as they are able to see new places, gain knowledge from others, and get a preview of the business world.
